Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened food products, but we will gladly issue a replacement or refund for any damaged or defective shipments.
Return Process

Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 2.Provide Documentation
For items damaged during transit or quality concerns, please attach clear photos of the product and its original packaging to your email for quick verification.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Once approved, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if the return is due to our error or product defect.
- 4.Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
